Here at SWP, we produced a set of LED light casings. The project started with a template provided by the customer. The dimensions were taken and translated into a CAD drawing. The information was sent to the CNC plasma cutter, and parts were cut from a mild steel sheet. Once cut part of the housing needed to be folded, the CNC press brake was used to achieve this. All of the separate parts were then welded together.
