Chris has manufactured a couple of pipe flanges. Machined from a steel round bar. The centre was drilled out and threaded furthermore excess material removed to end up with the flange that matches the original. The flanges are painted with a protective galvanising paint. The reason for that is to prolong the life of the flange.
