The first phase of a project to attract cruise ships to Berwick has been opened. SWP in collaboration with Coastal Marine Systems Ltd, saw the fabrication of the steel work at their Berwick site.
The steel work was galvanised and once complete transported to the Tweed dock. The team, including Liam Dixon, Gary Walters and Mikey Hall installed the steel posts and pontoon. Following on from this, the gangway was added along with the safety rails.
